*Order Placement

•⁠ ⁠All orders must be placed at least 1-2 weeks before the delivery date, to be confirmed based on cake type and size.

*Quotes and Deposits*

- Each quote is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.

- Balance payment is due 7 days prior to the event date (or 4 weeks for wedding cakes).

- Payment methods: cash or direct deposit.

*Cancellation and Refund Policy*

- More than 7 days' notice: Credit voucher issued for payments made above the non-refundable deposit.

- Less than 7 days' notice: Full payment required; no refund or credit.

- COVID-19 considerations: One date change allowed with no penalty, subject to 7 days' notice.

*Design and Flavor Changes*

- Minor design changes accepted up to 4 weeks prior to the event.

- Flavor changes accepted up to 4 weeks prior, subject to availability.

- Changes may incur additional fees.

*Allergies and Dietary Requirements*

- Client responsible for informing guests of potential allergens.

- Products may contain dairy, wheat, nuts, soy, and eggs.

*Setup and Delivery*

- Available for some cakes; charges may apply.

- Client assumes responsibility for cake handling upon pickup.

*Storage and Care*

- Fondant cakes: Store in cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

- Buttercream cakes: Refrigerate or store in cool, dry place.

*Non-Guarantee*

- Base On Your Cake not responsible for damage once cake is delivered or in client's care.

*Photo Usage*

- Base On Your Cake reserves the right to use photos of creations for media purposes.

*Consent*

- By placing an order and paying the non-refundable deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions.
